Bollywood actor Govinda joins Eknath Shinde’s Shiv Sena and called it the blessing of God.
“I was not going to enter politics again but here I’ am,” the actor said after joining the Shiv Sena party.
Govinda is most likely to be fielded from Mumbai North West as he makes a comeback to politics after a break.
Earlier in 2004, Govinda contested from Mumbai North Lok Sabha on a Congress ticket and defeated the senior BJP leader Ram Naik.
Later, he resigned from the party and took a break from politics.
